Caption: nancy By Guy Gilchrist. Sluggo: Why do I bother putting patches on the holes in my clothes? The school fashions are weird--- Everybody's wearing TORN CLOTHES this year. That's what I like about my girl, Nancy. She does her own thing and doesn't have to go with every trend. Nancy: Hi, Sluggo.

There are very few schools with dress codes, wouldn’t want to impose our standards on some poor child. Of course when the kids were allowed to dress like hell they stopped achieving. This is a great idea for a Plugger Strip.

This is the reason students in inner city public schools are forced to wear uniforms nowadays. It does away with peer pressure and trends. Kids in the U.K. have worn uniforms for decades and they like feeling grown up in them. Nancy’s tattered bowtie is cool though.
