Cats can be very jumpy critters for sure….. I was going to name mine “Spooky Old Alice” once (After an old George Goble skit) but changed my mind.. Now I just call her “Dumb Dorra” at times. Her real name is “Pretty Kitty” thoughbut she’ll answer to all three. Cats don’t care, just as long as they get feed & water.

Muffin is toast.

On second thought I feel like having a muffin instead.

Reminds me of the cartoons where Tom gets scared by the bulldog and digs his claws into th ceiling…

How about a MUFFIN & toast for breakfast?

I see Kranadon the cat hater has hit all the strips with cats in them today to add his tiny 2 cents worth..

Opal is fortunate that she’s not bleeding from shredded arms.

In the real world, those claws would have shredded her arms (echoing what blather046047 said).

Poor muffin’s been toasted. Hope the poor kitty feels better, though I bet the dog got the worse end of the deal with those claws.
