Talk is easy Ziggy. It is just words! Putting things into action is much harder and requires plans, organisation and forethought. Also when talk/plans are put into action someone has to be held accountable or take the blame if things go wrong, and no one wants to take accountability or be wrong. If things are only talked about, they are still just words, and no one is responsible for any outcome or mistake. And it’s not just politicians that do this.
