I have a lilac bush, but it hasn’t bloomed lilacs in a few years. It just sits on there with green leaves and no flowers.

I asked JFRi to bring me a lilac bush because I believe Spokane is noted for its lilacs, if I’m not mistaken.

I found plenty of recipes by googling mustard plaster recipes. I remember them as a kid. I thought that they were plenty foul.

The rain has finally stopped, at leat for the past hour or so. I have done all indoor chores today.

I managed to bake some of my famous Power Pumpkin Muffins today. I had all the ingredients for a change, so they should taste great. Help yourself to one.

I have to go to work tomorrow and it’s a 12 hour shift. I won’t get the credit if I miss too many days. I hope I feel better by then.

cleo I must apologize! I just saw your comment to me earlier in the day. My day was busy! I first received my potato sets by UPS and as I had told you, I waited too long to get them locally, so I had to order online. Then I thought, well what do I do? I don’t have the potato bags yet! Then when the mail came, that order came. The bags are really sturdy, and I think, if washed gently, could be used again and again. The company Gardeners Way said you should be able to use them again 2 to 3 years, I planted one bag today, and some of my flower beds. Can’t get into my garden yet, because the ashes are left from the burn job, and it needs to be tilled. If hubby doesn’t do it this weekend, I will have to start using more pots, and get my sons on digging it up. But it could REALLY use a good TILLING!

Next time you feel a cold coming on, ZICAM AVAILABLE AT YOUR PHARMACY, losenzes, nose spray, throat spray, used to be available in QTip swabs to rub inside your nose at the tip, but some genuises decided it could take away your sense of smell. Funny, I used it since it first came out, and I still have a great sense for smelling scents. The others work too, though, so give it a try! It has cut my cold in half by days, and if I catch it quick enough, I DON’T GET ONE AT ALL!
