the condiment monitor has arrived

One of the last running sketches Letterman did before leaving NBC involved “Biff Henderson’s Golf Cart of Death.” One night they were driving the cart into a huge pyramid of plastic drinking cups (the small, clear ones) full of ketchup and mustard — a wall of condiments, as Letterman put it. As Letterman blathered on while preparing to get into the cart, off camera and poorly timed (but probably heavily rehearsed to make it sound poorly timed) Shaffer said, “Oh! Condiments!” as if he initially heard something else.

my daughters end of school picnic was cancelled today due to heavy rains, she isn’t happy, “there was rides mom”!

Petey has a great future as a cartoonist! For a huge variety of reasons too numerous to list here!

Wow! So much action for one of Petey’s comic strips!! I’m shocked and awed. ;-)

Our high school use to have a day trip to a now long defunct amusement park in Evansville, In. at the end of the school year. A 40 mile each way trip in a school bus. It was a hoot.

Can’t wait for the next installment!!!
