    What is the point of a ‘temporary’ diet if an individual is only going to return to salty and fatty foods with high levels of carbohydrate?The ‘secret’ is a healthy ‘lifelong’ diet and excercise.

    With an ever growing population adding more pressure on the Earth’s resources by insisting on snacking, I’m off to colonise Mars. BCNU…

    Ah, the salad bar. Four bowls of sunflower seeds, bacon bits, and garlic bread rounds, topped with a pile of cheese and a pint of ranch dressing. And an olive, because you should always eat your vegetables.

    I’m guilty of going overboard at a salad bar. I can’t resist the chick peas, macaroni salad, croutons, olives, plus lettuce etc. topped with sweet and sour dressing. Yummy!
