Looks like it’s been time for some while.
In honor of Dave Dravecky.
Dave’s is one of the greatest misfortunes in all of sports. Thought he’d beaten the odds, only to have the odds jump up and smack him down for good. But I’ve read some of his writings since; he’s adjusted remarkably well.
Yes, I must agree that retirement is your best, if indeed not your only, option.

give the guy a break… that’s a tough pitch to hit… you never know where those bounces are going….
