going, going, gone! they're here. my meditation club! ding dong ding dong marm! go! we are going to meditate! no no!let hime stay he won't bother us. see he's meditating. he what? he's going deep. ooommmmmm oooommmmmm did you hear that? hear what? snoring! dog gone funny new providence pa rita a large black irish setter/ doberman mix is the boss in cathy reinhold's house... which is also home to4 other irish setters. rita quickly eats then goes dog to dog and gives each a penetrating stare she then picks up and places all 4 dishes around her and lies there sphinx-like! now all dogs are fed separately!

Re “Doggone Funny”Cathy Reinhold didn’t have to meditate on the problem too long to realise that Rita was going to break the bank if she didn’t apply this solution to the problem.

Re “Doggone Funny” I had 2 shelties who used to eat side by side from separate bowls. One was a picky eater and the other gobbled his food. The glutton, when finished, would turn around and bark toward the front door. The picky eater would run, barking, to the door and the glutton would quickly clean his dish, too.

Rita is a Sweet Girl, All Irish Setters seem to be very Food Motivated!! I now am a Proud owner of 2 of Cathy Reinhold’s Pups and could not be happier !! Great Going Cathy and Rita for making the Maramduke Comic Strip !!
