Well, since there is no Breakfast menu available……,,May I offer the standard Polish Family fare?Kilbasa and scrambled eggs,Ham and Fried Eggs,Hash Browns,Home Made Bread with fresh churned butter,Kolache’sand for dessert………………………….MONTANA LADY’S Lemon Meringue Pie!!!

How about a small child? Not that I condone that sort of thing, mind you.

Sorry, but there’s no pretty picture’s today, but you may wish you had the equivelent of Emeril’s smell-O-vision for the Big Top.

Maybe a lemon meringue pie would do the trick?

Sorry for adding three comments to the ticker and then deleting them… I’ve been experimenting with new avatars. Somehow that glowering moon, as great as that photo is, encourages the snarky side of me in my comments and I’m getting tired of that, if no one else is (and I’m sure others are). So why not put up what I use to illustrate my fictional namesake?And now that it’s there, I feel better already. :))

i got my hands on some coffee from Ethiopia that is goatherd by villagers that go into a forest of wild coffee trees and harvest there. its good stuff.its called Yrgacheffe.and, no. i cant pronounce it.

I did a post a while ago, and it never made it to the page. It just disappeared! So…….if it shows up again, just disregard it.

Mainly, I wanted to tell about our little daytrip up to the Sawtooth Mtn. Range yesterday. It is referred to as the Rocky Mountain Front, and gets it’s name by the jagged edges to the peaks that look like a sawtooth blade.

We meandered around the Teton Canyon River, and picnicked amongst the trees. Very restful day!

That real-life recipe finally got prepared, but I’m thinking I’ll have to drain the broth almost entirely. The addition of some spicy red pepper sauce alone (I mean the kind you put on spaghetti etc., made by Classico), from the taste of the broth, put in enough salt to kill a horse.
