stukuls: NO, when I was in it was for freedom and the American way of life. That may be outdated now with a lot of Americans, but I suspect that it isn’t with the majority in the military. As July 4th comes I salute those now fighting for that freedom, which includes your right to dis them.
Salute the military and honor them, do not put them in some foolish cartoon. If it were not for these brave individuals you could not even do this cartoon. Have you no shame, have you no decency?!!!!
Sea Dragon: Who is dissing? Greens say “give disabled vets what they need and stop disabling more”. They are censored by the corporate media. Veteran groups who oppose being IED-fodder for corporations are beaten and shot by police for protesting. And corporate serfs like you wrap yourself in the flag and call for more killing and dump the disabled on skid road.
In the 1970s, I took the underground railroad to Canada with a 5A draft card (if the contiguous 48 are physically invaded by land troops, they might consider reclassifying me). I did it to feed my family as blacklists kept me from being able to in my native “land of the free and home of the brave.” In the saying of the time, “the free are in Canada and the brave are in prison.” Now the corporations have sealed off that escape.
Marx said the rich would get richer and the poor poorer until the poor had nothing to lose but their chains. That was because the only revolutions he had studied were the violent ones of the US and France. The multinationals are trying to be the true Marxists. Where they will get their serfs when they slaughter the reformers seem not to have been considered.

But he or she does NOT put their hands in their pockets when they’re in uniform! BIG no-no in the military.

@SeaDragon; ditto. I did my 9 years, and there were stukuls back then, too. Always with the slogans and nothing to contribute to the common effort.

I agree with both of you. He (rejoice) is a ranter. A very annoying ranter. Thanks for posting. I hesitated to, but am glad you did. Thanks
