As of June 2, 2012, Abe Vigoda is very much alive according to his website www.abevigoda.com. There had been numorous reports of his death that started with People Magazine reporting him as the “late” Abe Vigoda. No matter how many times it was edited, it still ended up in the magazine. A news station 2 or 3 years later repeated it and had to broadcast a retraction the next day. He’s taken it in stride despite the loss of work it cost him. He is 91 years old.

I heard that they had a hard time finding Mr. Polley’s dead body , but eventually found him stuck between two sofa cushions.
