    Morning all!

    Yeah…. that’s what insufficient funds means doesn’t it?The machine is out of money…. or maybe the whole bank is out of money!Oh NO!!I can just hear the teller telling them (that’s why they call ‘em tellers, right?)that if they’re worried about that, maybe they ought to take ALL their money out and put it in another bank.

    One, say…. waaay on the other side of town.Heck, why not in another town altogether.No need for them to ever even walk past this bank again.Imagine the jubilation in the break room if that worked.

    Dale’s shirt says “Ralph.”

    I guess even the Shemps feel an instinctive need to disguise themselves if they know they’ll be seen in public with the Pennys.

    The next guy in line has a “Shut Up” shirt … maybe he had a premonition of a Penny encounter.

    BTW I see two pairs of glasses, not counting the ones they’re wearing, which wouldn’t be Find-Its.

    What if the Pennys actually had this planned? They establish a bank account with $10 in it (or so) then try to withdraw from it (more than $10) when they are out with Dale and Marlene. NSF comes up and then Dale has to offer to pay because of this inexplicable “problem.” Nah, Burl’s canny but he’s not THAT smart, or is he?

    Joy is the sort of person who thinks she still has money in the bank as long as she has cheques in the cheque book.

    They wouldn’t be the first to try to take out more money than they put in.

    True story: When I was a teller at a bank in North Carolina, I was helping a customer balance her statement and checkbook. She was totally out of money. In all seriousness, she said to me, “How can I be? I still have a whole book of checks left at home”.

    @Dry OMG, that’s a stitch! It’s pathetic, but it’s a hoot, and absolutely believable!
