The joke in yesterday’s strip is that while we’ve had the wettest June on record – and it seems to be carrying on in the same way this month – parts of southern England have had drought and I think some still have hosepipe bans. Hence collecting rainwater for later use in the garden.
Mine is getting swampy … still collect some rainwater because the dog likes it much better than tap.
