This strip, of course, is pure fantasy. Could never happen.

Looking into the fun-house mirror we call life…

Scientific truth is always paradox, if judged by everyday experience, which catches only the delusive appearance of things

What we need is a few more Thomas Jeffersons!!

“What country before ever existed a century & half without a rebellion? & what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. … The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. It is its natural manure.” - Thomas Jefferson

This one is very true. It’s a shame that people are so caught up in movies, video games, Facebook, or whatever else is so important to them. They want change, but they don’t want to lose these ridiculous things. That is why it’s going to REALLY take something to make the American people rebel. Sorry, I know this is a lighthearted comic, but it rings all too true sometimes.

There is no compromise or middle ground, when the ideology’s are so seperate from each other, it may not be a time for a revolution but instead for a seperation and stay good close allies. The one size fits all approach never works for anything, if it did then one glove would work for all hand sizes.

Might as well gerrymander the country into two. Or three. Like a snake, into easily-gathered parts for whenever Russia…yup! they’re BAAAACK…or China, to whom Boeing and GenDyn GAVE AWAY our stealth tech…so we’d get scared and pay them to build the NEXT generation of it…oh, Yeah.

Memo to self: read up on guillotines. Begin acquiring materials.

Solomon included comedy as one of the distractions of life. So are we biting the hand, folks?
