Your timeline for the automatic washer is off by a few decades. The washer as we know it today was researched during the WWII years and introduced to the market soon after the war ended
one time …last week…..i was helping my pappy with his boat……….he said…." run and get me a screwdriver !!! "……..so i ran as fast as i could and brought him back a orange juice and vodka…..and he said …’ that’s NOT what i wanted !!!, Give it to me and go and get me a screwdriver and do it right this time !!!!!after 6 times…..he forgot what he wanted me to get…so i went swimming…….
Whenever my Dad would send me for a tool; I knew I would bring the wrong thing. Even if I knew the right thing to bring; I would second guess myself and screw it up!
