Well, he does have a point, for if Justice Roberts didn’t ‘rewrite’ the law – changing the terminology, the 2500 page pile of poooooop would have been thrown out, but then 0bama would have a political rallying battle cry – against the Court . . . .!.Now he has to defend the poooop hanging around his neck.
It WAS a rather strange decision, but did call on actual “Constitutional” authorities, so naturally frustrated “conservative constructionists”, especially those who’ve never read the documents, bill, Constitution, or decision.
