Bucky said “Say what you like.”So he’s thinking of things he likes.

Yeah, that was kind of odd. I thought this is what Satchel all the sudden lost focus and saw these things…as if Rob had just bought them and he was looking at them. And I thought Bucky was starting to be more interested in those things than his book… because he’s a pet after all…

Thanks, Randy! I think you got it.

I too thought Satchel was suddenly distracted by what he thought was a large rope chew-toy, and Bucky was mocking him, cos it was something else.

I also thought Satchel sometimes exclaimed “Balls!” in frustration or disappointment….

But this time I guess he means “And I like balls, too!”

In fact I sat here for a while puzzling over what Satchel could be mistaking for a multi-knotty rope pull-toy…and …well….all I could think of was one of these…

But Rob didn’t seem the type to own one….even if still waters do run deep.LOL

Randy — yeah, I meant to say Satchel might think some of those knots were jingle bells….or who knows, maybe Rob actually HAS one with bells…but probably not.Or knot.

In any case it was the closest I could come.

And the balls seem to be missing already. Does that seem like Rob. too, SusanSunshine? Hemptastic, broken jingles and no balls. Like a girl I dated once.

Satchel likes lots of things—he hasn’t even gotten around to the tasty varieties!

Jake… So one would think… but I didn’t write the ancient proverb.LOL.Actually I believe it refers to a smooth surface, as a choppy river may be shallow and rocky.
