Walking around the car

Throwing out an empty carton.

Thinking about exercising.

When I worked for the electric company, I’d see linemen on top of a pole, hanging upside down in the harness, wrestling a 10-foot crossarm. They never hurt themselves that way. A man would sit down to eat his lunch, throw his back out and ruin himself for life.
