Present company excluded?! I hope. :-) Blanche should know that such a waste of her energy would not make her any thinner. Or certainly wouldn’t bring her to the level of the skinny girl. It’s not the skinny girl’s fault Blanche ‘let herself go’.

Now I know! THAT’S why I never go to the gym. I really don’t want to murder anyone (well, at least not MANY!

My dr calls them “evil spandex women” and thinks they should be outlawed. ;)

I know what she means, when I get on an elliptical machine at the gym, I usually tire out pretty quickly, but I keep going and eventually enough adrenaline and endorphins are released when I really get going that I can usually complete a full hour workout. Endorphins can also be released as a result of eating spicy foods.

Unfortunately, by the time I release endorphins, I am too exhausted to enjoy the rush.
