Dakota is pretending to be at peace and Phoebe can’t see it, as she wants so desperately to be in with the “in” crowd. This is a particularly dangerous kind of enemy.

I hope that Monday or Tuesday we see Phoebe going to Dakota & apologizing for the misunderstanding & only slightly pointing out that if Dakota wasn’t such a hateful wench she wouldn’t have been the first suspect in the non-crime.
