Perhaps, if you weren’t so busy being apologists for President Obama, you would take the time to think about what the cartoonist is trying to say.

Mr. Obama’s policies are regulating businesses out of existence in this country and since he still needs a huge pot of money to distribute to his constiuency he has to raise taxes on those that are remaining.

This country is great because of: Intelligence, Hard Work, and ingenuity. Mr. Obama by his very words devalues those principles in favor of socialism because his biggest fans are happen to be the biggest benefactors of socialist policies.

Right now, nobody is investing because they are afraid that Mr. Obama and his stooges (Reid and Pelosi) will come in and destroy their investments through regulations and taxes. When the producers in this nation feel that they will be able to keep a sufficient portion of the fruits of their labor – Then you will see the Economy perk up.

Liberal policies have failed. They always fail because Liberals assume that they are smarter then everyone else and can always out think the people who produce in this society. And they are always wrong.

No, disagreeing isn’t but there are lots of GOP who hate Democrats. I think it’s because they know their candidate is "anyone but-Mitt. And that Obama is trying to get the rich to pay the same tax rate as the rest of us (about 45%) instead of the rate they have (about 133%) if they even pay that. Rumor is, may Not be true, that Romney paid NO TAX for 8 years.

@Charlie – There is demand. But now it’s global. That’s what is so great about the current times. We can create a customer base all over the world and sell to those customers and if someone in another country creates a great product we can buy it from them.

We don’t need the government robbing the industrious to pay the indolent so they will have money to spend on our products.

Liberal policies fail because smart, hard working individuals figure out ways around their socialism. My company does quite well in the global market because they have a good product that many people want and it is produced efficiently both here and overseas. They continue to pay me a salary because I work hard for them and provide more benefit then I cost.

We can’t keep carrying these people who refuse to improve their skills and expect everything to be handed to them. The government can’t afford to do it any more. The gravy train has to end.

Let me get this straight now. Use of the word Obamanomics is not OK while Reaganomics is, right? There’s that danged double standard again!

Try looking up economics and then place Obama’s way of running the economy with it and that is what you end up with. Just like if you look up Reaganomics you can see the difference between the two. Go to Forbes.com and search Reaganomics vs. Obamanomics.

“President Obama has signed fewer regulations then bushie jr. And infact has cut regulations durring his time.”.This is a joke . . . . right . . . .?.0bamacare – 2700 pages of legalese pooooop + taxes galore, just to site one example of ‘lowered regulation"..Several medical instrument companies have put expansion on hold, because of the 0mama’s reduced regulation and 2.5% tax . . . . .

Some years back, when environmental issues were become a big concern (I’m dating myself) I knew a fellow who was an engineer, a structural engineer I think, but he had worked his way up to a fairly high position in a big corporation. Nice fellow, by the way. Anyway, he told me that his corporation was in fact very concerned about the environment, and that they wanted to run their business with proper regard for the environment, but it cost money to do so, and since their first responsibility was to make a profit for their shareholders, they couldn’t get too far ahead of what everyone else was doing. So, he said, what they wanted was a level playing field, they wanted regulations which would apply to them and to all their competitors equally. I’m not saying that all regulations are good. I’m quite sure there are stupid regulations. But not all regulations are stupid, and the idea of having reasonable regulations is not stupid at all.

@Odon “… fruits of their labor…” I think you mean the fruits of their investment meanwhile executive compensation continues at a record highs. Where does that cash come from?Ah – I really appreciate transparency and especially your openness as a Socialist, perhaps with communistic tendancies…

@Jack75287: Obamanomics is not even a word..

But ’Reaganomics was ??? How terribly hypocritical of you.
