my two cats play “hide n tackle”, one will walk past the other that is hiding and the hider jumps out and tackles, once I was walking by and my ankle became the victim.
at least dogs chase their own tail. And don’t bring home ‘presents’. Cats though……… daft 1/2 hours and ‘gifts’. Some of the gifts still alive. (the better to play with)

Dogs love to chase their tail, but I have seen a cat do it too. Just not as often.
