Refreshing honesty. I would take this guy as a manager in a heartbeat. He stays out of the way, lets the work get done, and doesn’t pretend he knows what he doesn’t know.

the managers i worked for during the past years sure did know a lot about not knowing how to do things and doing it anyways and changing what they were doing to cover what they didn’t know how to do in the first place.
