It occurs to me that the people here in the comments are sort of like pen pals. Hundreds of miles away, some on the other side of the planet, yet we get together here.

He’s still trying to get through War and Peace.

This strip should have been yesterday’s since that day was National Read a Book Day! I love how he lies about his love of books. Does he mean comic books, or “real” books like War and Peace? I think comic books are more like magazines, not books per se. lol

Ah, the days before email, Facebook, and Twitter, when people used to actually write letters.

I still write letters, it’s just now they’re called “email”.

I love reading too, Charlie Brown.

It’s nice when you feel you relate to the main character, fictional or not.

I started reading when I was 6 and didn’t stop since. One learns so much from books. But I think War and Peace shouldn’t be read until one’s in college.

Lots of comics dealing with reading this week. Interesting.
