    Experts agree that stretching before a workout isn’t always a good idea, as it can tire you out too quickly. The best thing to do if you must warm up for an exercise are movements similar to what you plan to do (i.e. lunges if you’re going to run). This has been “Sillstaw Ruins the Joke for You.”

    @ stillsaw….i work out,,and i stretch everytime before a workout..i never got too tired……..it all depends how long you stretch for………
