Lio by Mark Tatulli
Aw, a friendly tree.
This strip is a like a Rorschach test. Is the tree giving Lio a push or waiting to eat him?
Treebeard in his later years.
wasn’t that tree last seen in the Wizard of Oz?
Lio needs a friend! And Woody is it (I like the spider and web, too). —Ain’t Nature grand?
Zing!
Hairlip!
Have fun!
What are those things hanging from the tree?
I am so amazed by trees. Like us, every one is an individual.
Wonderful concept and georgous artwork. Love how the ropes are on two different branches, a nod to Terry Prachett perhaps? So sad he is sick.
I love the tree! It reminds ME of the old Fruitpie trees that used to be in some of the McDonald’s in the 80’s.
Love It!
