It looks like a basketball play diagram. I have no idea what it is (don’t tell me it’s a construction/repair work plan, ‘cause I don’t want to believe in something like that)! I don’t think it’s a bad word, though. GoComics wouldn’t allow it.

It’s always good to know where the water mains and gas lines are before the road crew starts cutting up the asphalt and concrete.

They’re going to tear down the Cul-De-Sac and make a bypass. Everyone’s house will be taken by Eminent Domain and they will all have to move away. Bypasses have got to be built, you know.

@ PacopuppyThe reason that there isn’t a construction/repair plan is because there never is an “as built” plans. So it’s just digging until you find what you need

I think it’s the design for a viaduct, but Chico wants to know why.

I am disappointed that we are not seeing more tunnels. It could really help railways, which hate even a 3% slope.
