More like to sit around and reminisce about the days before MallWart when you could buy a toaster that worked dependably, and was made in this country.

Also to commiserate with others about toasters ruined by the insertion of incompatible bread (as was the case a few days ago)and how to determine what bread will be compatible with toasters.And the dangers of consuming too many PopTarts.

There sure is Ziggy! My dad still uses his two slice toaster. Must be about 30 or more years old and still works like a charm. I actually love the RETRO look of the of old and charming things. Sunbeam Stainless Steel toasters are still quite fashionable.

I thought Zig’s toaster was broken because he used incompatible toast.

He swapped his MallWart toaster, got his money back, and bought one that was adapted for incompatible bread elsewhere.
