I have a cousin in L.A. who was the “manager” of the eight-plex in which I was living.Soon after my moving-in, he warned me to move my car “away from the curb to ’cause he was about to water the grass”?! The “experts” he’d hired to set up the lawn-watering system had aimed the water’s arc OVER the lawn, into the street. I moved my car, but the next occupant of the space had not only just had his car “detailed” (a big deal, there), but had his sun-roof still opened.
