Crass people attend mid-week matinees, too. Fewer people, but every bit as bad mannered. I didn’t pay good money to listen to crying babies and jerks shouting about nothing into a cell phone. You can get that for free everywhere.
And a lot of times I stay home and watch old classic movies on TCM. Stuff I missed the first time around. No commercials, a bowl of popcorn. Life is good.
