well in Canada which is of course a democracy.. they just ‘told’ us it was changing… less paperwork there… no voting as to many things the gov’t does… democracy at it’s best.. yeah right.

And what he obviously doesn’t understand about cooking is that cooking is akin to art, in that there’s room for interpretation, latitude for a little more of this, a little less of that, to taste. It’s only in baking, which is more like a chemistry equation, where precise measurements are more critical.
