I used to sneak out in the front yard of my neighbor after dark and change his channels.
My uncle had one of the very early remote control TVs. My dad discovered he could change the channels by jiggling the change in his pocket.
I remember that, the Zenith Space Command remote. I still have the remote from one. The neatest thing about it was that the remote didn’t require any batteries. They made them all the way up until the 70’s
