Once my boss walked in on me while I was sitting under my desk, straightening out the computer/mouse/phone/scanner cord snarl the IT guy had created and talking on the phone with a supplier. All she could see was that I was curled up under the desk apparently talking to myself, and was rather alarmed for a few minutes.
