Used to have that and how I stopped it:.Do deep knee bends until you sweat or get out of breath.Do less sitting, or sit so chairs don’t pinch the nerves in the back of your legs.Take a shot of vodka (in an emergency)..It can drive you nuts, and medication might be best in some cases. But leg exercises worked for me.
