Spring is steadily inching its way, and crowding out Winter!! Fire up the smoker Bob!!
Caught on the horns of a dilemma. He wants to use the smoker, but he doesn’t want to walk in the snow with bare feet.
This is just how my friend who lives in MO describes the spring weather.
Crazy enough for me in N. CA right now … expected high tomorrow 72°F, low last night, 30°F.
Don’t know weather to smoke or to grill.

March in the Midwest. Gotta love it.
Next month, just add hail and tornadoes to the mix.
