Nobody likes the smell of a cigar except the person smoking it. Maybe the turkeys are trying to make themselves less attractive to potential diners? Or maybe they think nobody will want to eat a smelly turkey who had emphysema. :-( COPD or a hot oven? Turkeys have it tough this time of year.
