    Roasted for me but have tried a deep fried Turkey and it was great as well .

    Usually spatchcocked and roasted, but I get to try a smoked one on Thursday.

    OK, time to be serious: I’ve been cooking turkeys (not just at thanksgiving, I do it 3-4 times a year) ever since the Kaiser was first growing a mustache. The best possible way is to slow-cook a stuffed turkey (12 or so hours total) at low heat, after injecting white vermouth into the bird and using it in the stuffing. I promise: you will love it.
