Extra waxy, too. ♥♥♥

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.

New crayons are like drugs to little ones. Each one has to be examined and used…it is a high.

Now all they need is some freshly mimeographed paper to color.

Opening a new pristine box of crayons was an experience that is wonderful to remember and hard to describe.

I remember when I was kid. Getting that box of 64 crayons was something else. Like sugie63 says, it was hard to describe! The smell of the new crayons, the pretty colors. . Oh to be a kid again!

I remember that. They taste good too. Pictures of sea monsters and good ghosts and fried egg landscapes. What a joy to be a child. Nice.

I felt exactly the same way when I got new crayons. I’d draw on everything in sight!

Do they have a sharpener? I loved the built-in sharpener on the back of the box. It was the best part of the 64-sized box!

Hey, Richard, are you coming to LA for the Reubens? Maybe Tom Gammill can make a featurette with you, me, and Stephan. And if we could somehow incorporate the sushi-eating chickens, that would be awesome!

Oh god, I LOVE new crayons, pencils, pens, color pencils and any other sort of new stationery or art supplies.It always just CALLS to me like “Use me right now on your sister’s white sneakers!”
