Wasn’t one of Dill’s brothers a cart herder?

I think he just used old carts to beta-test his trebuchet.

I am not sure how much credence I would give to any statements made by Petey. Now Alice, on the other hand, can make it snow on command.

I like Petey’s grip on reality.

The big, dirty piles of grocery store snow used to last each year until late April in Utica, N.Y. No matter what the weather conditions, the parking lot was always wet – & thus, one’s footware – from the melting snow.

What a predicament for these youngsters. Maybe Dill’s brother got promoted.

If memory serves: There’s a guy in England throwing autos with a trebuchet. I think carts would be fair game

Thanks, rac0308- the thing I know to be that device shoots just little narrow projectiles, weighted at one end through a narrow opening in the trebuchet.
