I agree! Excellent job capturing the essense of this strip this week, Michael Jantze! It was quite enjoyable having you (and your daughter) as a guest cartoonist! And thank you for helping a friend!
While I am glad that Richard gets months and months off (between reruns and now guest artists) I am not loving the strip having a rotating different look AND different writing. I will put my reading on hiatus too!
Re: Blog and stuff….Just read today’s blog and must agree with the back-cover blurbs! Your work is a rare treasure, Richard [I didn’t know who the artist was when I was a subscriber to the old print U.S. Snooze, but I loved the Whispers-illustrations; and now Cul de Sac is one of the top five current comic strips, I do really believe].And thanks plus congratulations to Michael Jantze (and daughter) for a great week of guest-strips!

I don’t know what Alice thinks The Future should look like. But it lies in every direction that one can actually go. Go, Alice!

I didn’t realize there is a guest-drawer. I just thought they were old strips. I am very impressed.
