Alice can be the “Evener” while Agnes is “The Empath” and Trout is “The Face Ripper”. Alice will do an equal number of good and bad things. A most unusual Hero/Villain ever is the Evener.

Not good, not evil. Just chaotic.

Alice’s moral compass needs a tune-up. Even amounts of Evil and Good is not a good system.
