Down here on the Texas gulf coast we’ve already had more hours of below freezing temps than we usually get in three or four winters … and, yes, we can usually measure that in hours and not days or weeks. Of course, our summers are really brutal.
I remember winter of 1982, Christmas Day, temperature high was negative 5, low of minus 25, not counting wind chill. Ah, winter in Syracuse, New York. Global warming theorists discount those of us that have a memory.
