I’ve gone floundering, with hook and line (and sinker), and gigging. Of the two methods I prefer to gig. But it does not lend itself to catcha and release. Wait, Peter’s not doing that type of floundering. Nevermind.
@Tony:For sandwiches, tuna. For dinner, haddock or salmon. And now I shall go “fishing” for answers to today’s…Second “Daddy’s Home” Question:Are you a founding parent or a floundering one?
QOTD #1Black Cod or SalmonQOTD #2My daughter would wait til she, her older brother and I were driving somewhere to ask questions about babies, sex etc. I was facing forward so it made it easy to answer, (matter of factly of course) and her brother would just get all his answers without asking.

QOTD #1: I prefer mine alive and in a tank. I see them as an excellent way to get insight into human nature.
QOTD #2: Happy to report I was not a floundering father when it came to my sons. For my daughter I left that conversation up to my wife.
