Bedtime: 1 hour earlier. Alarm/room light: on 1/2 hour earlier.
And body at rest tends to stay at rest until influenced by a kick in the [rear].
I would get out of bed once the bus was at the bus stop. I would then walk the mile to school and beat the bus as it had a lot of stops.
