So tired of this myth. I almost always have to wait for husband and then he argues we don’t have to leave that early, when he forgets about traffic, parking and walking to the venue.
One of Mrs friends is ALWAYS late. Even if she is throwing the party everyone arrives and she will come in a half hour to 45 minutes later. All of us have learned to tell her 1 hour before the event really starts. Saturday she had her infant son and her 3 year old daughter baptized. The ceremony was to be at 5pm. Everyone was at the church and ready at 5 pm. In she comes with the children at 10 min to 6. I were the pastor I would have sent every one home at 5:30.
