Who needs a ladder when you have an axe?
The pioneers would cut down 200yr old Pecan trees for the nuts instead of wanting for them to fall.
“Careful with that axe, Horace.” (Apologies to Pink Floyd.)
This could have been an alternate ending to Aesop’s fable about the fox and the grapes.
