I’ve noticed the energy saving bulbs don’t last nearly as long as the original ones.

And they cost more!

I have to repeat that I have some energy saving bulbs that are 22 years old that stiil work.

Murphy’s law #231:

The higher you have to climb up to put in a light bulb, the faster it will burn out.

Next time check it out first in an easier to reach socket. I know, it’s helpful hints like that that destroy comic strip punchlines.

This would be a good one for animation: the bulb…would…gradually…get brighter. Just like the energy saving “swirly” bulb in the light next to me.

It lasted up to 7,000 hours…… just like they claimed……! ! !

It’s not like cfl’s come on quick!

The bulb doesn’t come on at all, and you can’t be more energy-saving than that.It’s like looking for a fuel-saving vehicle, and ending up with a bike or a kid’s wagon.

I get green bananas now and then.

The bulb is saving energy by not using any.

His lightbulb is REALLY an energy-saver; it doesn’t come on at all. LOL
