I don’t ride a bike as much as I once did anymore, but I never faced this problem when I did—riding the bike on the sidewalks instead solved it nicely.
Of course, it helped I lived in a town where the foot traffic on said sidewalks was low enough for such a solution to be practical. In cities where sidewalks are going to be more crowded you obviously would be less likely to get away with that.
Some Mondays I feel like Horace in the 3rd panel. Thank goodness today is Thursday and I am looking forward to a fun filled 3-day wknd! Be safe y’all, don’t run into any doors this wknd.
