This is a sequel to a pervious gag, where Horace actually inserted a coin. This one gives him a high IQ for passing by without inserting a coin. So, yeah, the honest one.

I see him as a Houyhnhnm myself. A most stubborn one backwards from the cool logicians we saw in Gulliver’s Travels. Horace is a lazy person most of the time to even know that. And the pre-version is more like humans in that way.
