There is nothing moral or victorious about this “victory”. Next time invest another dime and you can consume your $50.00 worth of groceries. Better yet, save your bags and take them with you on your next shopping trip.
Reusable bags are about 2 bucks, but “they pay for themselves very quickly” (yeah, right).
Bring resuable bags and use the self checkout. You don’t have to pay for the bags and you can take a five or ten finger discount.
